We called Qtel earlier today to query the procedure of redeeming Nojoom points. And we were told that once you redeem a voucher, you need to use the entire voucher amount in one store.
We double-checked this with the staff at the Qtel store in Landmark and they confirmed that the voucher needs to be used in its entirety, in only one store.
This isn’t the case in Landmark.
Once you redeem your points online, you then process the points into vouchers at the information desk. At this point you have the option of choosing voucher denominations – between QAR25, QAR50, QAR100 and more.
Keep in mind that the your purchases should be equivalent to or more than the voucher amount, as no change will be given here.
This was our first time using Nojoom points and we used them at Landmark.
